Brian was great throughout the entire process. The pictures and videos he got taken of our house were top notch! A pipe burst and flooded our house two days before listing, but Brian still worked hard and found us a cash buyer that was willing to fix it up! We hustled and he really helped us upgrade to a bigger, newer house in a desirable neighborhood. Brian knew the area very well and was extremely responsive! Right from the start, Brian was very responsive. We spoke on a Friday and by Saturday, we were already touring some properties. No question was left unanswered. Believe me, I had a lot of questions. In the end we were able to make a competitive offer that ultimately got us chosen. In addition, Brian was able to successfully negotiate a credit for us, which was very helpful. I would recommend Brian as a Sacramento regional Realtor, 100% -attention to detail. -respectful of your time and opinion. -utilizes the input given on previous showings to improve the next round of showings. -represents and fights for YOU as the buyer! -easy going personality. I was recommended to Brian by his cousin, which are close friends of my wife and I. Upon first introduction everything felt very relaxed and natural. I unknowingly was browsing in a not so great area of Sacramento and Brian made it aware. He assisted me on getting on to the right track and we came up with a game plan to hunt for houses. A few showings came up that resulted in underwhelming results, but he didn't lose his motivation. After a handful of failed offers, we ended up finding the house we wanted in a very prime location for a great price. Without going too much into detail, it needed a new roof and he fought like hell to get a roof replacement. We ended up not getting the replacement roof but we did get it certified with repairs. We also had a tight deadline to move in and he made sure he let the sellers realtor know they were falling short and to press the issue to the seller. From beginning to the end process, I did not have anything to worry about since I knew Brian would make sure we were well taken care of. We’re a family of four with two little ones that was looking to make the big move out of the Bay into a beautiful single family home in Sacramento on a tree-lined street. Right after our first call, Brian had us connected with a trusted loan officer that he’s worked with on many deals, and had set up a few homes to view that weekend. During our home viewings, Brian gave our family the space to really get a great feel for the house while also staying close by to hear us externally processing what we do and do not like about the house. With a toddler and a newborn in tow, we were worried about feeling overwhelmed during all these viewings, but Brian did such a great job keeping our toddler entertained that it really allowed us to focus on the house. For instance, he brought crayons and a coloring book for our son so that he could stay safely entertained while we wandered around the house! Also, Brianhas a keen eye for detail that helped us navigate this entire process. He pointed out cracks in the walls, potential house settling issues, flags with the roof and foundation, and even neighborhood considerations that we’d want to know about before submitting an offer. With our first offer, we ran into an easement issue during the inspection contingency. As we navigated a difficult back-and-forth with the seller, Brian always kept us informed on the process, provided us clear options, and kept our best interests on the forefront rather than the deal. His professionalism and rapport with the listing agent was also critical in keeping a difficult situation from being even more difficult for everyone involved. As we dealt with sadness of canceling our offer, he remained empathetic and supportive of us. With our second offer, Brian went above and beyond to make sure that we would be set up for success. He coordinated with our loan officer to make sure that our offer was competitive and solid, while also keeping in close contact with the listing agent to keep the sellers up-to-date as well. When our house inspector couldn’t access the crawl space of our new home, Brian took it upon himself to crawl in there himself to snap photos for the inspector and a structural engineer! We’re so grateful for Brian. We feel like we’ve made a new friend in him, and can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy or sell in Sacramento.
